She then went on to obtain an MA in Conference Interpreting (German, Italian, English) at Heidelberg University, including one semester as an exchange student at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (USA). Since 2015 she has been working as a freelance translator, interpreter and live subtitler (rbb Fernsehen) in German, Italian and English. In 2017 she completed a residency with the Hieronymus Programme for emerging translators; she also had a scholarship with the Berliner \u00dcbersetzerwerkstatt to work on Andrea Pazienza\u2019s comic novel <em>Gli ultimi giorni di Pompeo<\/em>.
